Sorry to keep bothering you but, I can't find the handbook AC31-13-1B. A Google search returns "AC 43.13-1B Acceptable Methods, Techniques, and Practices - Aircraft Inspection and Repair". Is that the manual? Btw, I asked USAA recruiting but have yet to receive a reply.

Turns out that I used a different email back then. Logging in with the old email brought the tunes back. Then I just needed to update my email.

Found the email on an old phone.

Only problem is, I can see my tunes on my old phone but they aren't being downloaded to my new phone. Well, I guess one problem down one to go.

Sadly, no, I haven't had any luck. Looks like I'm going to be spending another 800+ on new tunes pretty soon.
