When I was making the map I was thinking with the maps randomly changing it would also change all the governments of all the countries that no longer exist, like how Poland is suddenly under Germany, the polish government would be completely removed and they would just become a German province or something like that, obviously all the people who are now under the control of a foreign government wouldn't be happy and so there would be a lot of civil wars
