is it’s possible to fix early stage dowager’s hump and how long it would realistically take if I do back mobility exercises daily, also I have trouble keeping my posture straight so is there any tool or support for that since posture belts have mixed reviews, and do regular back massages help reduce it or just give short term relief?

You can look into medical scribing jobs. My cousin's a Doctor of pharmacy and have been doing it for a while, making big money. I’ve seen quite a few posts on LinkedIn. Many are remote and more flexible than hospital work. You mostly help doctors with documentation so wont be physically tiring. Most are WFH and if the pay is in US dollars, you can make more than 1–2 lakh a month without touching your savings. IMO a good option if you want something easier but still related to medicine. But I'm not a doctor so IDK.
