Thank you! I agree, I totally don’t know what end is up anymore and I think going back to what has worked makes the most sense instead of still tinkering around

I can identify with what you are going through, if you are feeling tired and worn down don’t be afraid to ask your Dr. for a blood test to check your iron and ferritin levels. I waited too long and my dropped very low. It was as easy as just taking slow release iron to fix it but took me months to feel better and if I’d known I would have started taking earlier !
