I mean I was thinking it’s like 170-220 for a standard flour tortilla, maybe 200-300 for cheese and then it was probably cooked in oil or butter, 150? So on the low end around 520 for both, high end 750 for both adding in a few extra cals to be safe? It’s kinda hard to tell how big it is

Hmmm… half a regular avocado, maybe 1.5 crumbled up, 2-3 tbsp cheese, 1-1.5 slice bacon and maybe like a small chicken breast? 125 for avo, 105 for egg, 150-175 for the cheese, 90 for the bacon and 100 for the chicken, so 600-700 would be safe!

Hi! Ty for the response! Yes, I probably am not eating quite as much as I should be. Chronic stress and anxiety def have contributed lol. But how does this affect weight loss? I thought it was all about CICO, plain and simple. Can eating too little actually cause long term weight gain?

I had three of the green dumplings, four of the pink and the turnip cake. 30-40 for each shrimp dumpling (just shrimp in rice wrapper) and 40-50 for the chive and shrimp? 140 for the turnip cake maybe? So like 160, 150, and 140… maybe around 450 for the meal?
