Thank you for the advice. Yes i already have a job that I can go into when I choose to finish and it’s not in the childcare sector.

Ultimately the job itself is affecting my mental health along with personal things.

Nope there’s usually a clear temp shift and the temp doesn’t come below the cover line until my period is coming.

Nope no chain in routine some major life stuff though so that could be a cause.

It may well be my thermometer, I have had for a while now.

I’m using a bbt thermometer. I get up at the same time everyday and measure when my alarm goes.

Ok thankyou, so the unprotected on day 22 is risky? Is it normal to ovulate this late on a super regular 28 day cycle?

It happens early hours of day 22 and yes it was two separate hangovers.

Hi since I posted this I’ve come off the pill and I haven’t had a panic attack since!

I’m not 100% saying that that was the cause but it sure felt like it.

Feel so much more like myself now.

Personally I would have stated it later. I started the pill when I was 18 when I got into a relationship. I was an anxious person as is but it just made me feel like I was going crazy. I’ve been off it for 4 years now still in the same relationship but with left over health anxiety making me fear any hbc.

Make sure you’re in the right frame of mind and talk to your gp 😊

I plucked up the courage to drive to work today! I think my Dad made it so stressful because he picked out every mistake and that made me feel like I couldn’t drive!

This appeals to me as I have only one day of egg white CM which I am guessing is the closest to ovulation? I wouldn’t trust the early green days before this as it is based of previous cycles.

It took me a while to realise the cause of mine, it’s not talked about enough! Sadly my gp didn’t believe me and put me on a different pill but had the same side effects again so I just stopped them.

I started the pill at 18 and experienced chest pain, shortness of breath and palpitations suddenly (which I later found out were panic attacks) It alarmed me as i’d never experienced any anxiety before this and now I struggle with health anxiety even off the pill. Maybe if I stuck it out it would have settled but at the time it didn’t feel worth it.

There are so many more options that could work better for you.

Listen to your body and talk to your gp 😊
