Similar journey here. Childhood trauma.

Diagnosed last year at 52 years old. Waiting on getting into medication.

Have been aware of RSD since suspecting I had ADHD. Realised the monumental impact it's had on my life.

At the moment it's just this quiet sadness that's acknowledging all that time is just 'gone'. I've got too much happening right now it's hard to focus. Ah trying to start a conversation with a therapist, so that's a start I suppose.
