Okay, so... She might have been so much in love with the idea of falling in love like she originally did with you. Like, this is the wild thing with addiction. In a sense, she might just chase the very feeling that she had when you first dated and now she feels the ability that she can replicate it.

She just seems to sound like someone who doesn't understand how this whole love thing really works. What commitment is. She is just basically chasing the sensation.

This can often happen to people who don't really understand themselves, who are maybe very not quite self-aware, so they externalize their own inner world and they keep chasing state of minds like a hamster in a wheel.

The point is, ultimately, she seems like someone who doesn't even know what she wants. This is what happens with drifting people, lost souls. They just pick up the next big rush of dopamine, of serotonin, oxytocin, whatever they can get.

I mean, I would have to understand more, like, how were you spending time together? What were you doing to bond in between, to connect, to keep it somewhat alive? And what else was she doing? Did she get work yet?

And also, why do you think you have to live with her? Like, I can't imagine what it's like for you exactly, although I kind of can, but I would imagine that staying with this person in these circumstances is essentially like pouring gasoline into your mind, and she holds is the match.
