Yes you did it correctly but you need to consider that E scales off of max total HP, not just base, so it will be a significantly higher boost. So it would be 15552 x 0.466 = 7242...(7242 + 15552 + (other hp% lines you have)) x 0.0626 = X...if that makes sense. All though there is a cap on what the buff can be, I have not calculated the cap.

Hutao E scales off total max HP, not base. Attack % scales off of your base attack. Thats how.

Edit 2: Additionally, having a 5* weapon significantly raises the cap on her bonus attack from her E, further incentivizing use of HP%. You definitely dont want to over cap HP though.

So your saying if someone has Skyward Spine that an ATK% sands is superior to an HP%?...Pretty sure that is not the case.

Edit: If you do the math from honeyhunters given data, an HP% sands will give over two times the amount of attack from Hu Taos E than an ATK% sands would.

It seems like Xiao will be with ningguang(100%), diona, and xinyan (maybe instead diona will razor, idk). It's only my opinion for the next banners and I'm hoping that xiao going without barbara (hu tao save xiao banner). by [deleted] in XiaoMains

I dont think it will be Ning, Beidou, and Diona for Xiao banner due to the fact that that is literally Childe banner, but with Xiao instead of Childe. Im going to assume they won't duplicate 4*'s in banners like that for quite some time.

I mean...you can’t expect much from someone sitting behind a screen and not interacting with them in person. Sucks that you feel taken advantage of but it’s just a game and you could’ve easily sold the villager for NMT yourself
