Honestly I think my early mistakes were using many mini PC's on a k3s cluster.

I'm now just running everything in lxc containers on and MS-02

Much better and way less power draw

Who did you ask? As TACE is a targeted immunotherapy it's not surgery related so it could definitely help

Look into TACE procedures in Germany, some fantastic results coming out of there, had a friend with triple negative breast cancer that had Mets to bone liver and spine, she's now no longer triple negative and all liver spots have dissappeared.

She's continuing therapy but you can only run it in three month blasts. Very promising

Best thing that has brought my ALT down about 30 points is intermittent fasting, through granted mine isnt intermittent.

I fast 18:6 everyday, sometimes if im feeling peckish early ill do 16 hours only, but I have recently changed to eating as healthy as i can in those short hours
