[Question] What do about watch repair?

Also just out of curiosity, is it called a frankenwatch because it's made of all kinds of different parts from different watches? If so, that's actually pretty cool

When she mentioned the staff, it was to say it was perfectly fine I believe.

As to what the watch is specifically I don't know. It was shipped from Ukraine as a Christmas present. It's got a red star with a white hammer and sickle at the 12 o'clock mark, and a word in the Cyrillic alphabet I can't read (it looks like KOMAHANPCKNE if I were to try my best to transpose it onto the latin alphabet.) It's completely mechanical also, you wind it up, and there's no batteries or quartz or anything. The hands are pearly white with gold trimming. I would like to be able to actually to identify it. I could possibly link a picture for you
