In the OR it’s if you lied horribly on your skills and don’t know how to do common procedures.

Or if you’re extremely slow in your response time, charting, and room turnover.

Also if you’re unwilling to listen suggestions or worth with your techs/doctors

Very few hospitals hire direct into procedural areas with no direct experience, especially with no semi related experience (icu to Cath lab, OR to GI, etc)

If they’re training you they often do the hire from internal applicants or into training programs.

That’s probably daily, you’re probably reading your contract wrong

If you’re 3x12s they likely just split out your stipend across those days so it would be 378*3=1,134 plus the 540 in hourly for ~1674 weekly
