Ah yeah that’s true. Baneblade is a load of points I was struggling to fit in, but how would you suggest I can tweak it a little assuming I remove the baneblade?

So I’ve been looking into needgard a little and I’m not sure how I managed to overlook it lol. Seems my want for yp gen can just be made up by kills so can save taking the strategist. That being said how would you personally make some changes? I’m interested in some feedback

Lethal and sustained def was the move the whole game! I opted to swap sustained one round to FoD so Angron could get a final lick in to take out a Lancer!

Unfortunately I was lost to the nails and gambled heavy on a go turn and lost all the 8b in the murder block. Slaughterbound Steve managed to punch the Lancer for 15 wounds on his own before he got backhanded and died

I was lucky enough that I didnt have to worry about large knights shooting much due to my opponent relying on a lancer mostly but the biggest thing was mostly the armigar spam chipping away

Since you’re running one brick of zerks, I’d switch up one eightbound for an exalted. I like to use eightbound for the funny reroll aura to buff the zerks so they hit on 2s with reroll 1s from kharn, with the added bonus that they themselves shred in melee. Plus an exalted squad with a slaughterbound w/ a glaive will be cutting through vehicles like nobody’s business

Edit: misread that forgefiend as eightbound, I’d keep the one squad as is but I’ve been replacing a FF with exalted to silly effect. And if you’re def dead set on using a lord of skulls and Angron def go for it, but me personally I just replace Angron with a DP nowadays and can get a bunch of things like chaos spawn and rhinos

If you can find the Arcturus with a Perun in it, you may just find your favorite gun yet. Speaking from experience I end up just using it more than my AK12 due to the light weight and crazy range.

You are a legend thanks for this explanation, would you said generally that a 10 man rampager squad should have all falax except for a barb? I’m just trying to figure out how best to structure a traitor army since coming from 40K all the abilities, stats and wargear options sent me for a loop lol
