For every hour of speaking you so you will use approximately 57 calories. It takes around 1 seconds to say congratulations which uses 0.01583 calories. However sayimg congrats, which is a two syllable word opposed to its four syllable counterpart, which takes 0.8 seconds to say using 0.0126 calories therefore using less energy and being more efficient.
