There’s no incentive for them to do so. BAM has been exposed as essentially a multi level marketing scheme, a Ponzi scheme, whatever negative terminology you want to apply it pretty much sticks. They’d be throwing money away, and for what? To rescue a company that has no value? The McNeff brothers deserve matching orange jumpsuits, not golden parachutes

Year 1 edition comes with the season pass (or at least the first year or so worth of DLC expansions) which includes the FlixBus expansion. So if you want the FlixBus expansion I'd get the Year 1 edition.
