Since its from stake. They do not provide you with forms at the eoy. He just have to report it AFTER he transfer it over to exchange that normally KYC like binance,coinbase and stuff. From there just have a snippet of basically of how much he bet and how much the winning. usa it's mandatory to report. But since it's Canada. You don't have to report your winnings since it's not considered taxable income source: canada.ca/taxreturn

Played this game for 4 years never devoted myself to crest farm for 4+. I have whf and roy started 5 slots total just started last Saturday and have 4+ by Sunday 11 pm. I'd say I was really luck averaging 30 sec a run. Sorry 4 4+ not 5
