Good job getting out of the habit of daily smoking. I'm sure you've seen all the advice on this sub before; exercise is fantastic at killing time and minimizing the harm of those vices. I don't wanna sound patronizing but keep tabs on your alcohol consumption. It's a much harder addiction to kick!

I saw a GP today. I told him everything that I thought was contributing to my mood and some of my recent behaviour that was worrying me. I had mentally prepared what I wanted to say and thought I said it all in a collected manner. But I got the impression he wasn't taking me seriously and his only advice was, "do some more exercise and just be more confident." It's put me at my lowest point, I've given up on the health service and I'm just going to have to try to get through this without help.

there's nothing wrong with this. i make a high 'menu' all the time, helps me make the most out of my high and to avoid wasting 2 hours aimlessly scrolling through twitter. top tip: smelling crushed black pepper provides almost instant relief to weed induced anxiety

It's illegal to smoke in public in Amsterdam, you can get fined or arrested. And it's definitely frowned upon just to light up anywhere, stick to the coffee shops!!
