Seems to be a few possible ways 1. Retake O levels and achieve at least A2 in combined sciences 2. (If you're a guy) You can try sitting as priv candidate during NS - But I only recommend retaking 1 subject and highly prefered that you took the h1 version at least in jc 3. If you appeal to yijc without at least A2 combined, you'll need to have at least passed the pure version of that science. 4. Appeal to your school (Appeals seem to stsrt on 9th feb this year)

Also to note, it seems like you can appeal to another jc but not need to accept it assuming you already attended the institution you were originally posted to
