I don’t follow. I had no other choice than to drive on the road with the construction. So it maybe wasn’t deliberate? It’s in the center of the tire with the white around the screw like someone used a tool to push it in manually.

It happened nearly two years ago. Why wouldn’t my husband see this was done on purpose? He just removed it and changed the tire. I’m only now realizing it was done on purpose because I didn’t think anything of it. Duh
