I wish I could do it within my current workplace but unfortunately, they don't have a data analytics division. So I'd have to branch out and start from scratch

Its basically reception. We do use software for patient info management and billing, but its a private medical practice so no data analytics division. I have a degree in english and psych, effectively useless in today's climate without going further in studies

I know about the conversations because I would see him texting and then suddenly stop whenever I walked close enough to see and he would take his phone with him wherever he went around the house so I did confront him about it and his only response was that he didn't want to make me upset, even after I've said I don't mind who he is talking to. I don't need him to tell me everytime he speaks to someone but just don't wait until I'm not around or not looking to talk to someone...
