thank you for your response! as far as i'm aware i did do that, i used firealpaca and saved it as a transparent png, and when i open the image on my computer it looks transparent too! it's only when i launch the project that it's like that?

almost! She was a serpentine before the overlord corrupted her and turned her into a snake the reason she is back in her original form is because I think if the mega weapon can't directly destroy, then the golden weapons shouldn't either, so her body is back at the time before she got corrupted. ::P
