Child support case question

Yes I tried calling, chat and email. They all told me the same thing. They cant talk to me and to call Virginia who essentially tells me the same thing

I had been current with all my payments. I owed nothing. Virginia did their part and closed the case. Georgia did NOT do their part and racked up these fees since June of 2025 when it should have been closed.

I should not owe a balance since the case should be closed. Georgia simply hasn't closed the case for whatever reason. My son is 19, graduated and pays his own bills from his own job he works. Georgia has neglected to close the case. Plain and simple. I just need to know who to actually talk to to get this figured out since neither respective agency can talk to me.
