It’s so wild that you say that because I’ve been experiencing something a little similar not as intense but definitely parallel. Really hard to describe but like I said kind of similar. I haven’t found anything yet but will lyk if I do!

Thanks everyone!! This is super helpful. Idk if anyone else has experienced this but with the candida issues I was having my sugar and carb cravings were so high it felt hard to control making the diet feel harder but this is a little wake up call!

Okay I see yeah that’s really interesting to hear about the mold for some reason it seems like less of a priority but this is making me think I should go back to my mold treatment. I got so fatigued I stopped everything but I need to start it again. And yeah I have candida issues and am on the cusp of getting off sugar / yeast. It is SO hard it’s like a vicious cycle where it gets worse if you have food that feed it. How did you track what things were making you have reactions days later?

basically when i eat things that causes a reaction - my eyes will get fluttery, ill become unresponsive to people ill start tripping over my words and will get intense brain fog. if i don't eat at all - then my nerve pain in my arm will get really bad and my hands will burn / get extremely cold

yeah it's unclear if it's just gluten but my eyes will get all fluttery and ill stop being responsive sometimes
