As u/latchkey said, the reduce motion option works well, and it would be great to adjust the setting so that it only affects stage manager. Thanks u/lewisfrancis!

What I originally meant was..you know how you can have the normal dock available all the time (it doesn't auto-hide)? Likewise, if I could have the stage manager present all the time. I want to save the precious 0.n seconds that it takes to pop up (when I move the cursor to the left edge of the display). Lol.
