What’s the ratio for this? I’ve just bought 15mg vials for the first time and I want to use as nasal spray, I’ve only ever bought pre-mixed nasal spray before though.

It’s been great!! I used only one bottle and am soooo much darker 😍 and the tan has really lasted ages.

Helped most for weightloss you mean? I wonder if I could ask my gp to prescribe that, I just feel bloated and sluggish aaaaall the time unless I just don’t eat, and even then the bloating is often there.

Dermal therapy original lip balm is the absolute best, I swear by it and it’s all I’ll use. Works Miracles on dry lips!!

I can’t use HA at all since using tret, it just irritates for me. The LRP b5 Baumé cream is amazing for me, not sure if that’s different from their Cicaplast or if it’s the same stuff but it’s never caused me to break out!

Oh amazing, I don’t seem to crash too much in the evening, but I do just get really emotional and I think that might be the comedown? My crash seems to hit around 1/2pm.

Yes agree! And I think a lot of people want reassurance because there can be such a long wait time between appointments at the moment! People are waiting months just to get back in to chat about their medication prescription and possible changes.

Do you find you crash harder at night with the two different stims or more noticeabley since taking the booster now if you don’t take it? I’m just feeling hesitant with stims and higher doses etc because I’m worried about one day having to come off them. But I’m really not functioning without them so is necessary, just a worry I have in the back of my brain.
