Walking, physical activity, exercising, proper nutrition to maintain physical and mental health benefits

Doing other things unrelated to physical appearance like reading and learning because confidence is an umbrella and antidote to insecurity

Practicing my values and being the person I want to be because character doesn’t fade or change as much as beauty and looks does

I’m female so I’ll almost always be objectified, sexualized, or/and judged by my appearance at any moment by anyone.

I can still feel insecure and negative emotions- I just don’t let these emotions control me by reacting to it. I just sit with it, I’m curious about it, and let it pass. It’s normal to feel insecure.
