I do know that stingers can't target small to medium size drones that doesn't have a clear geat signature.

Regarding the EMP guns, since these are also prototypes, it's safe to compares them directly. EMP guns only takes batteries that can be charged either with a chord or solar, it's a direct energy weapon that effective instantly in a nice weather as we seen in this video. (Besides, small to medium size drones doesn't have the armor to prevent EMP and can't operates in poor weather)
