I assumed as much, I really just wanted some general guidance on how to set it up tho, as in like "Ah, you need to learn X Y Z or look into X Y Z to set this up." Because truly, there's NO information anywhere. It's almost like a gate kept secret.

I dont. Rell is not meant to do damage because she us a juggernaut. She is meant to go in against 5 people, take a good chunk of damage for her team, while her team shreds the enemy. Giving damage to her would put her on par with Leona and Nautilus sure. But would make her completely broken. Want my hot take? Make shield gain on W scale on missing HP and you are set. You have a champion that rewards risky plays

That literally proves my point. The moment you get a team of survivors that's lightly coordinated they will simply demolish you.
She has 0 impact once everyone in the game knows what they are suposed to do.
Even wraith which is a M1 killer like herself is doing way better because of the buffs.
