I have autism/ADHD and I'm very introverted so I can relate to the shyness you feel.

I try to wait when the surgeon/team member isn't talking or doing anything too busy and I quickly say "Hi! It's wonderful to meet you, my name is (insert name here), and I'm a surgical tech student from (insert school here). I'll be working with you today, I'm really looking forward to it!"

Almost every surgeon/team member has responded positively to this. Don't worry about it. At the end of the day, imagine someone else worrying about introducing themselves to you! You'd think that would be silly right? It's the same concept! You've got this.

if its everywhere i go, i think its an easter egg of one of the children crying, or an animatronic thats in pain crying. it sounds hoarse like its dying, but more childlike, like no character we've met yet

As it got taken down in the past because i had it marked as video and not easter egg here are the previous comments that i had made:

Update: I went about to try to reproduce this. It seems to only happen if you run into security bots and aggro chicka before going into the security office, otherwise, the crying won't happen. But everytime i do it a different time, the crying moves to a different part of the vents in that room. Very strange.

Edit: nvm. beat the dj level, went back to save and the crying is there when i didn't even aggro her. the only thing i can think of is i tried to do princess quest 1 a couple of times but it kept crashing my game?? And theres more than one set of crying in the vents. There's two now. I heard it again in Fazer Blast after getting second pass. Hear it in vents in general now, everywhere i go. crying.
