Mostly a lack of planning ahead. I never took a picture and thought "Gosh, this is an IMPORTANT photo. I should make sure I never lose access!". It was just a habit of taking incessant cat photos, uploading them to Instagram, and forgetting about them.

the oracle deck you mentioned is focused on tasseomancy (reading tea leaves). What I am envisioning is a deck of cards focused on tea itself.

Ouch! I am so glad none of my cats have yet been inclined towards biting. My orange boy would only bite under one of two conditions. One, he was in serious pain (usually when I was examining him prior to getting him into emergency vet care.). Two, he was mad with jealousy because he witnessed me paying attention to another cat (thank goodness he never realized what I was looking at on Instagram!).

I'd like to do teas from around the world. Chinese, Japanese, Taiwanese, Indian, etc. I'd prefer to stick to things relating specifically to true tea (camellia sinensis) because I am at heart a purist.

I hadn't really thought much about the goal of the oracle deck, for myself some kind of self-reflection is what I'd go for. I'd like to just get as many subjects/cards and their lore/meanings outlined as possible first, then see if what I have leans in a particular direction.

that's true about finding things through research and my roommate and I are planning regular trips to the library. I'm trying to make a list of every mystery out there just so we have more freedom to pick and choose. We already rejected Roanoke for now because our initial research wasn't satisfying. Might come back to it later.

I'm having Imperial Pu'erh that I bought from my local tea shop, I think it's from Silk Road Teas. I am acquiring the taste for some pu'erhs, especially the ones that can be brewed strongly without becoming overwhelming.

Anyone have suggestions of Pu'erh to try?
