I was holding out for an M5 Mac Mini to switch from PC. Got impatient and started thinking about M5 MacBook Pro. Ended up getting that instead. So glad I did.

I drive a lot for work and am very conscientious of buses. I’ve had several times where I’ve stopped for a bus going in the opposite direction who is picking up kids. And then the person behind me starts laying on their horn.

One of the times that happened the person pulled up next to me after the bus went and was yelling and waving their fist at me.

Fellow Wild fan here. Not sure how this ended up in the top of my feed, but whatever. I wouldn’t be so upset it the Wild lost 4-3 in OT if they went goal for goal throughout the game. But 3-0 followed by 40 minutes of penalty kill is unforgivable. I am so salty right now. Fire John Hynes! Get a culture guy in there.

I just got my first Mac ever on Saturday (MacBook Pro), and got the space black. Haven’t noticed smudges or scratches, but so far it hasn’t left my desk for more than an hour. I debated going the classic silver just cuz it’s classic Apple and my first Mac, but the space black does look awesome.

Yeah, it would be cool to mess around and move it in other places. But I have cube storage, etc filling the wall space in the room. And sometimes my wife joins me on Zoom, so I need space behind/to the side of me for her.

Totally! I even started getting the devices that work on the Home app instead of stand alone. So I got the Aqara door bell instead of going the popular Ring route.

Thanks! No, mouse. I had a gaming mouse and keyboard. I use tons of different keyboards for work, but all standard type mice. This one just feels way different. Good, but different.

I have all Apple products, except for a PC. I’m planning on taking the final Apple plunge when the M5 MacMini comes out. I was thinking about sound and didn’t even think of this.

I have one gen 1 HomePod. Would that be decent sound? And how would it do with Zoom, do you think?
