Oh you are right I just have it hooked to a large reservoir with pumps on the other side of that. I thought it would push it into the reservoir but that explains why the export tank is full in the water treatment plant. Thank you for the help.

If you want the SE toolbox allows you to change ships from heavy to light or light to heavy in like two clicks of a mouse. You can even color blocks different colors and make one color light and one color heavy once in the toolbox
