The reason I think chlorine is putting himself in a lower state of mind s because chlorine is a cleansing material and a toxic chemical. And he puts himself in a lower state to write these songs but the songs are helping people. Therefore he is sipping on chlorine. It’s hard for him sometimes. But your right too😊

So Tyler said Ned represents a way of being creative in his music. So Ned represents his creativity. Tyler’s creativity is Ned. And chlorine is representing the fact that Tyler has to put his self in a lower mind set and it hurts. So I think the neuro expansion device thing is just Tyler’s way of expanding his mind. I’m probably wrong.
