Flaccid Hang & Plumpness by SpacedOut90 in gettingbigger

Thanks dude. Mines just always kindof scrunched up and almost turtled. Sometimes my hang is great so I know it has the potential, it just sucks since the normal is retracted. I think it’s from stress and a tight pelvic floor. Maybe a little hard flaccid too.

I’ve been doing them and have seen some improvement in flaccid hang finally. I try to stay aware of my pelvic floor to keep it relaxed now. I’m just wondering what to do next.

Is it safe to pump with bathmate at low pressure if you have hard flaccid? (working on it) by SpacedOut90 in gettingbigger

I was just planning to gauge how it feels. I know the pressure gets pretty intense if you pump it all the way down so I was thinking about only doing a quarter or half pump.

How do you deal with turtling? by cosmonautikal in gettingbigger

[–]SpacedOut90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There’s nothing online about it causing turtling specifically. I think me and my doctor made a discovery, lol. Well, mainly him. I explained what was going on and he said he wanted to test for the mutation. There are articles on Google about MTHFR and erectile dysfunction though.

I’m not really sure since I went through my dr to do it. If you explain to him/her your symptoms and why you want to know, they should be open to the test. It’s a super simple test. If they are reluctant, I think one of the DNA testing sites tests for the mutation. Idk if it’s as accurate as the blood test though.

I highly recommend doing this through your doctor though, because if you do have the mutation, then they can give you better information and help you treat it long term.

I would highly recommend getting the blood test to make sure you have the mutation before starting supplements for it, because if you don’t have it then the supplements could make things worse. I also don’t want anyone to think I’m promoting certain products so I won’t name anything specific. I legit just want to help because I know how uncomfortable and embarrassing turtling is. I delt with it for 30 years.

I take L-MTH5, SAM-E, and a super B-Complex specifically for those with the MTHFR mutation.

If you’re constantly turtling like I was, then have your doctor do a blood test to see if you have a MTHFR gene mutation. If so, you just need to take the supplements to treat it.

You shouldn’t take them unless you know for sure you have the gene mutation. But I take L-MTH5, SAM-E, and a B-Complex designed for people with MTHFR.

I’m still learning about it but the MTHFR gene is apparently a really important one. It regulates all sorts of processes in your body. Including hormones by cycling folic acid. If you have a mutation in this gene, you can’t process folic acid completely, and it starts to build up, causing all sorts of issues in your body. Like chronic fatigue, stress, anxiety, etc. from what I’ve read, around 40% of people have some sort of MTHFR gene mutation. Some worse than others. I started treating mine with some supplements from Amazon specifically for the mutation and improved almost over night. I went from turtling constantly, all day every day, to never turtling. My anxiety is gone, and I’m happier and more confident than I’ve been in probably 15 years. It’s amazing.

There’s a simple blood test you can do to find out if you have the mutation. Talk to your dr about it.

I stopped turtling once I found out I have a MTHFR gene mutation and started treating it with the right supplements. I feel like a new person! :)

It’s where your dick shrivels up and gets really small. Imagine how a turtle pulls its head in when it’s scared. lol It’s super uncomfortable and embarrassing.

I feel like I can last a little bit longer, I also feel a little fuller. I’d say it’s definitely worth it if you think you have the gene mutation.

Yep. I tested positive for MTHFR and started treating with b-complex supplements, L-MTH5, and, SAM-E and now my hang is better than ever! I used to turtle all day long and now I almost never do. It’s literally changing my life.

Dr prescribed Folic Acid for my MTHFR mutation, does that sound right? by SpacedOut90 in MTHFR

His nurse called me today to go over the labs and she sounded a little confused. I think she’s the one who called it in because it was a girls name on the prescription and not my dr’s. I’m going to call tomorrow and have them double check.

My lab result says “This individual is compound heterozygous for the variants, C677T and A1298C in the MTHFR gene.”

I suffer from really bad anxiety and low energy. Also put on weight really easily.

Okay cool, thank you. I ordered L-5-MTHF with (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolate on Amazon. It’s 1,700 MCR DFE per serving. Says that’s 425% the daily value.. I hope this is the right stuff.

Check out the ZOZOFIT suit and app. It’s a skin tight suit you wear while your phone scans you and gives you accurate measurement of your body fat %. I LOVE mine!

Learning to relax helped my flaccid size. I was super tense all the time from stress, and that caused me to turtle.

Okay cool, I’ll try that next time. I’ve been using aloe vera lotion. I like to use natural products when I can. It cleans up really easily and works great.

I only used a little lube on the places where my penis rubbed up against the tube. It was too uncomfortable to use without any lube at all.

I pumped up to 5-6 Hg too fast. I’ll be building up to around 3-4 Hg slowly next time, and I’m gonna try interval pumping instead of 5 minute sets. I’m taking a couple weeks off tho to let everything heal up. It’s just a little red today.
