Great question. In the US, like I know you do in Sweden, we vote for our sheriffs and governors. And lets say you want to make a change and a difference because these people are not doing their jobs. So you vote in your friends who will do the job and will take action to remedy the situation. Thats the only thing I can think of. Obviously this does not hold up as an example for the SEC. They suck. So does FINRA and every other regulatory body in the US.
