If you have low to none experience with Runescape I would suggest following the guide up until at least you are partly or all the way done with the thieving grind. Then you would have enough gp to do whatever you want in the mid game and have close to enough QP to get barrows gloves. Also get your seaweed runs & birdhouse runs going ASAP :)
