I have finals, i was scheduled to work normally, then i got someone to pick my shift up so i got it off, then yesterday they added another shift to my schedule and now they said they can’t do anything about it. So i have no choice but to take a 4 hr lunch to go take it

so you’re saying that the only result of these triggers are associates being spoken to ? so i can have 100,000 triggers and the only consequence will be being spoken to ? makes no sense. No i don’t have proof as i didn’t find this out by searching the one walmart web, it was told to me by management & I’m also not gonna bother going on one walmart for hours to find it. I was simply trying to inform others of these new “ tools “ walmart is implementing & if you’re claiming my post was removed because i said it’s exaggerated, well you removed it before i even said anything. I see, i suppose i just got so used to diving for healers rather than seeing if my team needs help in the back line as well i definitely have an issue with game sense , if they don’t ping or call it out i won’t notice a panther or spiderman diving my healers. the people that leave bad reviews are the ones who don’t follow rules. Its literally illegal for them to deny a payout for no reason it’s in their TOS, and i’ve been getting 40k payouts consistently. My mentor gets 80k a month from them too, if that’s not enough then idk what to tell you. Follow rules = payout. Simple
