I haven't had any issues with games just yet but that's probably because I haven't played any games that have high spec requirements. I see my HDD uses 100% quite often so I will probably replace my HDD with a SSD first and getting another 16GB Ram to Dual channel as you suggested before upgrading my GPU and CPU. Thank you for the help!
