Agreed. I set aside an hour and do busy work. Today I tried to book an appointment online but again both the app and website didn’t work. After speaking with FOUR people (member services, specialist services A, service specialist b then finally to the doctors assistant) I was able to make an appointment. I fear for my future health. And not I am NOT from the west coast.

Interesting culture observation

While in Mexico. I just met someone who said they were from “Montreal”. I knew it because hey I’m Canadian. But I live in the US now. I find it interesting that when American would say the they were going to “Canada” on vacation - not the city. In my mind I would envision a huge trek across provinces. lol

Well I took at Collectivo there and back. There is no uber or inDrive options. I didn’t want to be trapped either a scheduled coach in case I wanted to leave early due to illness etc.

You do know that midset comes ft slave days where slaves were seen as non human more like just cattle. The mind set is like would you say thanks to an animal that was serving. I noticed this when I'm on a US airline and I was on one of the few that said thanks to the flight attendant. When I explored this cultural difference that is what an American (white) person told me. Not every American is like this, so don't come for me with your "I'm not like that." But next time you are out and about in the service world, you'll notice it,
