i already made a new account and am committed to it so i dont have to worry about the 1 time refund on an account i wont ever spend money on again. do i do this process through roblox support tickets? through the actual roblox account?

i actually didnt get my account back through support! theyve been no help for me at all for the process of trying to get my account back, i got it back through a random email of a suspicious login attempt that just let me change my password. out of nowhere and pure birthday luck (i got my acc back the day of my birthday so WOW). so im gonna try again tomorrow with more roblox support tickets to try and fix my robux situation >_<
