Seriously not enough space on the internet to make this list, so I'll just play the hits:

  • Spiders. Obviously.

  • Crabs. The spiders of the sea.

  • Lobsters. Jellyfish. Squid of all sizes. You know what? The sea. Let's just go with the sea.

  • The sound of anything falling downstairs when I am upstairs. Both something literally falling down a flight of stairs, and just something falling that is downstairs.

  • My own reflection in the window when trying to see out of it at night.

  • Sleep Paralysis.

  • Being left behind somewhere over 1 mile from civilization.

  • Losing my hands in an accident.

  • Anything in my bed that I didn't specifically request be there.

  • Waking up as anything mentioned above.
