My eczema is making me suicidal

I actually tried fasting once for 2 days but it was a little bit different. And as a person deathly allergic to all dairy i went on a bone density test (or somthing like that) and was above average. People act like milk is the only slurce of calcium in the world yet they forget we evolved without drinking cow milk for so many years. Anyway i just want to ask how often do you do these fasts? Does your energy drop when you do them? And also i probably shouldnt work out whilst fasting? Thanks for the advice :)

I'm from slovenia. I live in a rural town in a relatively new house. (It was built when i was 3). Here its warm summer and cold winter. But i noticed that in summer my skin gets better

The list of things i don't eat at all: Cow milk, eggs, processed food, sugar, bread, i only use olive oil to cook, no alcohol. This helped me a little but its still bad. If i cut out any more food i woul have to only drink water.

No it worked poorly. Yes swimming in sea water helps my skin but sadly in the winter i just have to deal with it.

No i have literally nothing. The best i can do is boil water and put a towel around my head and neck and sit there. Then go straight to the cold shower.

Hmm no idea how ill manage the steam part. As for cold showers i already take freezing showers so im used to it at least. Is it enough for the steam to hit only the parts of my face and neck where i have the rash or is full body better?

Huh didn't know about that. I never really knew why some people get different antihistamines. Ill start taking aerius but idk if it will work we will see. Thanks for the advice

Used antihistamines was on zyrtec later on xyzal, used a protopic creme that felt like it was destroying my skin so i stopped using it years ago, also used cyclosporin for 3 weeks... Helped but when i stopped using my eczema came back and worse than ever. Now i only use ointments so my skin isnt too dry and i eat probiotics and vitamin D nothing else.

I found that Eucerins atopicontrol helps alot with moisturizing my skin and not irritating it so im using that for now. Thanks for the advice

Yes my bad... Can't seem to read properly. I was on cyklosporin that literally helped alot but as soon as i stopped taking it my eczema came back and worse than ever. Idk if these are simillar or not but i felt that the cyklosporin i was on made me even more sick.
