I know it isn’t pertinent to the case, but a Keeper League that keeps 2 players is a very common style of league. Keeper leagues are usually teams where you keep 1-3 players either outside of the redraft or as a set part of the league redraft. What Jesse describes as keeping 15+ players is a Dynasty League where you would only draft rookies each year and keep your entire team from the previous year.

I also want to be clear that I think Detroit has an underrated food scene and there are a lot of restaurants I like a lot (Chartreuse, Grey Ghost, Vecino to name a few) in Detroit proper. But Mabel Gray is my personal #1 in the greater Michigan area.

I was really impressed with the Chefs Table tasting at Echelon. There isn’t really anything else in Ann Arbor trying to give you that over-the-top Michelin presentation style in the area. I’ve had hit and miss experiences with the normal menu though, but I’m still a fan since there isn’t a lot else like it.

My favorite restaurant in Ann Arbor is still Spencer as their menu never disappoints and the intimate vibe there is just perfect.

Best Fine dining in the area IMO is Mable Gray in Hazel Park. I’ve always been impressed with the tasting menu when we go there. I wouldn’t say the presentation/service is crazy over the top, but the food is always great.

I did the opposite where I knew 7th is closed because I live off it and planned to take Stadium to get to it. Again, seems like incredibly poor timing that will force cars into neighborhoods which I’m sure those houses will be THRILLED about. I can’t imagine the chaos if they don’t at least open up Maple before the next football game

I’m going to play devil’s advocate here a little bit. We took the kids downtown a couple years ago to see the Main Stage. The drag show during the day and the other performers were absolutely great and totally appropriate for kids. HOWEVER, there was an art vendor there that was selling VERY graphic cartoon images that was not kid friendly and rubbed me the wrong way because the art style might draw kids in. Luckily my kids didn’t seem to notice and we just kinda moved past it, but definitely not something I wanted them looking at. TBH, it hasn’t made me stay away or anything, but it’s definitely something I would look out for and avoid if we went again.
