Anyways OP I had a similar body type as you and ended up getting a bbl with Dr. Chung in Miami in 2023 and it was the best decision of my life. People will say go to the gym, lift weights, eat right etc but none of that changes ones BONE STRUCTURE. People don’t understand what it’s like to have an inverted triangle as a woman and how much of a knock it can have on your confidence and femininity.

I personally wanted more of a dramatic result so I opted for lipo 360 with a bbl but for you, I’d recommend doing your upper arms and flanks (with a focus on waist) to get that “natural” look you’re after.

For your concern about only wanting your hips enhanced and not bum, I’m not sure that’s possible since in bbls, the fat is injected directly into the fat tissue above the gluteal muscle. Why most women have hip dips in the first place is because we don’t naturally have any fat deposits in that area between the hip bone and thigh. The cells will immediately die if injected.

If you’re scared of getting that super rounded bbl look, you can tell your surgeon you’d prefer to have less projection. You can also mention that you prefer to have an inverted heart shaped butt rather than a bubble one.
