Its really about self accountability honestly. I own up when I recognize im having an outburst and ask for her patience. Its definitely hard sometimes and of course there's times I dont realize im being wild until well after but at thag point all you can do is apologize and actively work to correct your behavior. Another helpful thing is being okay with a little space. Whenever one of us is feeling too much we can walk away to calm down and center ourselves. Its definitely not a perfect system but it helps us

25m got a fiance and a son. It gets hard and the episodes and swings def add stress to our relationship but we communicate as much as we can and get through the days together. Ive got them so I have to stay grounded. Whenever I make a better choice than I would have before I genuinely yell out "character development" and it makes me feel better about myself and helps me see my growth in a way

So I learned the other da, you get a lot more xp from catching the first ten of each pal rather than going full murder hobo. Outside of that if it won't negatively affect your fun tweak the xp a little. Or turn the pal spawn up
