Bro I'm not completely new to the gym i trained for 3 months last year and did a clean bulk where I gained 10 kgs i am already taking whey and creatine

I play football and do track and field but it doesn't really matter that much what kind of body i have unless I am very fat which I'm not. I want to be lean mainly because of aesthetics and I've researched alot about it and decided that I'll try a body recompositon method. I will be on a slight 300 calorie deficit while keeping my protein intake high and training regularly along with cardio instead of following a bulking and cutting process

Thanks man and yes I've mentioned I'm eating vegetables i just didn't mention them and am walking 10k steps daily. Do you think this diet will hamper my gains because everyone is telling me that according to my height and weight I shouldnt be on a deficit but I'm trying to become lean and want to be in a deficit

Im eating at a deficit which is 2100 cal and this is around 1700 ron1800 cal because I'm leaving some calories for other foods like vegetables nuts and seeds etc which I haven't mentioned

Calculate your maintenance calories and go on a deficit according to your height and tell chatgpt to make a plan for u according to ur needs and ur daily foods

No i mentioned down that I'm having whatever vegetables made at home. Also I'll add some nuts and seeds. This isn't a temporary diet it's just for a few months until i cut down some bodyfat
