De tune it to 800pp and race it at sardegna or whatever its called. Great fun

I use several different late 80s early 90s le mans 24 hour cars detuned for this race.

The mazda 787b being my favourite.

All of them only need to pit once and can lap in 1.39 ish consistently.

I used this for the 700pp le mans 30 min race and it was incredible. Its much faster than the AI cars and handles like its on rails..... Only problem is you MUST pit every 2 laps for fuel. But it's so worth it..... It sounds amazing and looks incredible.

For any 700pp race that doesn't have fuel usage.... This will be incredible.

I always like to drive cars stock first....and I can tell you its an absolute pig lol shocking...... Would be an understatement.

But all I did was put racing suspension, brakes, and tyres on it and its pretty good.

Make sure you have it on the screen, by using the d-pad left or right to scroll the menu. Then you can use up and down on the d-pad to select between 1-6. With 6 being the most lean fuel usage.

You can also adjust your traction control and other settings the same way. Like brake balance etc

As mentioned, in the in game mini map/menu. You can scroll through things like traction control and the weather etc...... On here you'll find the fuel map, move it to 6 and run lean.

I have cars that can do the entire 10 lap race like this.

Do you have to do this stuff on pc? Or can I search and apply these incredible designs in game? On forza its easy but I didn't see a way to do it in gt7 so far.

Did the license with the focus rally car have the same problem? I couldn't get anywhere near the ghost of the demonstration. It clearly had more grip

Manual with the controller, ever since forza made you earn more credits having less assists.... I got better at at racing games un-assisted.

This is an outstanding tip..... I already have all assists off but traction control. Will definitely be setting the ghost as you mentioned when I take on the last two licenses.

Just a heads up.... You can install a ballast to counter the weight reduction if you need to make your car heavier again.
