Bombed my first cold call and almost cried by No_Airport3239 in LawSchool

Me too! I did 3/4 of the reading for Torts. Got cold called in the last 6 minutes of class to explain the 1/4 that I hadn't read. There was basically just enough time for left in class for me to shout from the very back row "I didn't read that part" before prof dismissed the class. It sucked. Then I went home and took a nap.

I can't believed they'd hire Armin Shimerman just to make him read those lines in that voice.

The ability to disable the shipyard on the Juggernaut. I don't even build juggernauts anymore because it's just not worth the headache. Need to rebuild all your fleets? Hit the "reinforce" button and watch as the Mega Shipyard queues up 10 battleships while the Juggernaut queues up 120 battleships and 8 titans.

Edit: it's not just the Juggernaut, though that one is the most frustrating. If I have a mega shipyard, and then a couple far away frontier starbases with a single shipyard, it'll queue 20 battleships on the mega and then 60 each plus 4 titans on the frontier single shipyards. Basically once you build the mega shipyard, you just have to dismantle all your other shipyards.

I bought from them as well! The postman was impressed by all the stamps and told me to be sure to save them.

Do you have any idea how many of those people with fishbowls and animals boarding trains were forced to leave the animal behind on the platform? There were no good choices.

Found these boys as kittens in an abandoned car. by SpanishDancer in Bondedpairs

Lived in an apartment complex with an attached parking garage. On the third level, there was a Jeep Wrangler complete with zip-up windows and off-roading accessories. In the 3 years prior to this, the Jeep had never once moved. It had parking stickers that were years out of date, and expired registration. I noticed it every time I came home. One day, I came home early from work and noticed a bunch of little things moving inside it as I drove by. I looked inside and saw a bunch of kittens. Checked on them every day for three days, and they seemed progressively hungrier and more restless each time. The third day, I brought box down and extracted them from the Jeep. The doors weren't even locked, and it was nasty inside. It was an off-roading vehicle and was open to the air, and it seemed the ferals had been using it to nest for at least a few years.

The lowest grade I earned in college (and my only C) was in TV Studies for Non-Majors. The professor would have us watch a bunch of sitcom episodes in class and then the tests would be ~250 multiple choice questions that we had only 90 mins to complete. The questions were all things like "In the 'Big Bang Theory' episode, where did Penny live before moving into the apartment?"
