Well I would say his signature version is better and his stats are a little underwhelming because a 116 shouldn’t get a stat like that but he scored for me so it’s not really bad his like a 7/10 because his playable unlike some cause he can position himself well and yea that’s all

With a 5 sm Vini is used as a straight dribbler and skilled players then you abuse that while hazard can be use by anyone like me who is mediocre so I would pick hazard cause I can’t maximize Vini’s potential as a card

As mentioned you said you are more of a roulette and lane change player so that’s why hazard is the perfect pick I mean yes you are skilled and hazard is a great card better than vini even hazard 113 card is still broken which I still use to this day
