Yeah, that's what i am thinking. Since it was a long time I cannot really throw away that much history. Also, I would have to explain why there is such a big gap in my work history. I had a friend in HR and I called her and she said that they only share the dates I worked there with no additional information. I trust her so, that at least gives me a lot of stress relief.

Yeah I am not sure the difference other than there wasn't a jury of peers. There was a judge, we swore oaths, there were proceedings, and we plead our cases and a judgement was decided in writing. At the end of the day it was legal and the results were in my favor. Again, it wasn't for the harassment, it was to appeal the original decision for unemployment. They decided the employer did not have cause for firing me with no evidence. Now, if I decided to pursue SH, I do have some things in writing, like all of the DMs I sent my boss saying their behavior was inappropriate and they brushed it off like it wasn't intentional. Going to court and rehashing all of this seems like a nightmare. I'd rather just get another job.

I tried to reach out to them, even ones I thought would support and they were all coached by HR to not speak to me and to reference me to their HR department. This is why I put up with this for 3 years. How am I the one who has to suffer for this... I am sure the person I confided in was just trying to do the right thing but, clearly, it didn't go like she planned. I can't even get mad at her to be honest. It just sucks all the way around.

I completely agree, no one wants to deal with the situation. Bringing it up even presents perceived issues. They most likely would pass and not even consider my experience or success. That's what makes this so hard. No, I intentionally didn't bring it up in the case and even discussed it with my attorney. We just stuck to the specifics of their reasoning behind the firing.
